At Roseau the label, we want our customers to be completely satisfied. If at any time you feel like your Roseau purchase is letting you down, contact us to request a refund.

 

Change of mind returns should be posted to the below return address within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non refundable.

 

Clothing must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging. 

 

We pride ourselves on quality and each garment is inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us.

Roseau the label reserves the right to refuse refunds on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered, altered in any way or where we have not been emailed first.

Exchanges

Our designs are limited and we do not offer exchanges. 

 

In the event you need a different size, you will need to return your order and re-purchase. Please contact us so we can reserve your size.
